For a while now, if you are signed in with a Google account, this will change the results you get from an &#039;average&#039; user. Google uses your web history to try and show sites which it deems are more important based on your browsing history.

This latest announcement by Google basically says that they will be using this system for all users, whether they have a Google account or not.</description>
